Wir sind die gesamte Woche im Haus und bauen vor uns hin. Die Elektriker kommen Dienstag und Freitag, ich baue tagsüber am Haus herum und sepp nach der Lohnarbeit. Wir sehen uns nicht so wirklich viel, aber es geht voran. Wir haben sogar an zwei Tagen Hilfe von sepps Vater. Yay! KW 45

Es ging los mit dem Dach. Zwischen der großen Hitze haben wir entschieden, dass wir uns dem Dach annehmen, es muss gedämmt und gedampfbremst werden. Das Gerüst wurde abgeräumt und andere Kleinigkeiten erledigt.

Bauwoche 20 haben wir geschafft! Wir sind immer noch dabei das Gerüst loszuwerden. Also wurde gestrichen und gestrichen. Die restlichen Stürze und Opferbretter kamen ans Haus. Innen ging es weiter mit Heizung und Sanitär – wir haben endlich Wasser!

Die Ausführungspläne sind da, anstatt 7 Tage haben sie 4 Wochen und 3 Tage gedauert (aber wer zählt das schon… wir. wir zählen. Alles. 😂). Jetzt gucken wir die Pläne in Ruhe übers Wochenende an und geben es dann hoffentlich Montag frei. Hoffentlich meldet sich der Treppenbauer bis dahin, wenn nicht muss er damit arbeiten, was Fullwood geplant hat 😉

Wir haben mündlich schon mal eine Zusage bekommen, dass in der Kalenderwoche 9 in 2022, also am 28. Februar 2022 unser Haus geliefert werden soll ! 🎉🎉🎉
Unser Architekt wartet immer noch auf die Ausführungspläne, die kommen hoffentlich jetzt die Woche. Er sucht uns gerade auch noch eine_n Richtmeister_in, der auch Dachdecken kann.
Also kommt hoffentlich bald der offizielle Brief mit dem Stelltermin! Drückt uns die Daumen! 🎀

Unglaublich! Heute kam ganz unterwartet, die Nachricht, dass schon am Montag, 25.10.2021 mit den Erdarbeiten für die Bodenplatte begonnen wird und nach ca. 4-5 Tagen alles fertig ist. Hier unser Post darüber: Die Bodenplatte kommt!

Heute haben wir unseren Glasfaseranschluss für das Internet beim Bauherrenservice der Telekom beantragt. Das muss mindestens 16 Wochen und maximal 24 Monate vor dem geplanten Anschlusstermin erfolgen. Bei uns sind es jetzt hoffentlich nicht mehr sehr viel mehr als 20 Wochen. 🤞 Einen spannenden Artikel zum Internetanschluss machen wir noch.

BAUGENEHMIGUNG IST DA!

Nach nur 99 Tagen haben wir endlich unsere Baugenehmigung!
Sonntag fahren wir zum Grundstück, wo wir stolz unser Baustellenschild aufhängen werden.
Endlich hat das Warten ein Ende (dieses eine Warten zumindest 😅).
Jetzt geht’s am Dienstag zur Bemusterung, dann Statik, dann Bodenplatte,
dann geht das Haus in Produktion!

Endlich die Sachbearbeiterin erreicht – es ist alles soweit fertig!! Wir haben gleich bezahlt, damit es den Stempel bekommt. Mehr lest ihr dazu hier.
Aber es gibt keine Änderungen, nur Hinweise.
Also konnten wir jetzt gleich schon den Architekten anrufen und einen Termin für die Bemusterung machen! Bemusterungstermin ist am 27. Juli 2021, also heute in einer Woche <3

Wir haben einen kleinen Ausflug gemacht und die Unterlagen für das Bauamt direkt selbst vor Ort eingeworfen. 🎉 Beim Letzten Mail machte das Paket ja seltsamerweise einen Abstecher nach Schleswig-Holstein und kam daher 4 Tage verspätet an – das soll nicht noch mal passieren.

Das ging ja jetzt doch schneller als gedacht, die nachgeforderten Unterlagen sind da!!
Wir werden sie morgen höchstpersönlich in den Briefkasten des Bauamtes stecken, damit die nicht wieder durch die halbe Welt kutschiert werden (beim einreichen des Antrags brauchte der 4 oder 5 Tage und war zwischendrin in Schleswig Holstein????)

Die Sekretärin von unserem Architekten (der ja leider im Urlaub ist) hat alle Dokumente fertig gemacht.
Sie müssen jetzt vom anderen Fullwood Architekten unterschrieben werden und werden jetzt zu uns geschickt. Wir werden sie persönlich ins Bauamt bringen.

Unser Bodengutachten wurde endlich fertig. Und es zeigte eine etwas schwierige Versickerung, aber ansonsten keine Probleme! Also konnten wir mit der Finanzierung in die nächste Runde gehen!

Wir wurden von Herr L. angerufen, dass wir ja einen Katalog bestellt hätten. Wir hatten die Anbieter noch alle nicht auf dem Schirm, aber verliebten uns sofort in die Häuser von Fullwood.

Ein modernes Haus bauen klingt echt nach Arbeit. Also wer ein Haus bauen will, sollte echt viel Zeit oder viel Geld einplanen, wenn man das so liest.
